What are my payment options?

We accept all the popular payment methods such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order with the confirmation and your order number. You will receive an email from the shipping company once they have taken your parcel for delivery, and you will be able to track your order through their website.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Please email us at support@poibo.net with your order number and new delivery address and we will try to amend if this is still possible.

Do you ship overseas?

We are happy to confirm that we ship worldwide.

For shipments in Europe and UK, orders must be placed on www.poibo.it

Please note that additional shipping costs will apply based on your delivery location.

How long does the delivery take?

Standard Shipping within Australia: 2-3 days processing time + Shipping time through Australia Post
Express Shipping within Australia: 1-2 days processing time + Shipping time through Australia Post


Worldwide: 7-14 business days 

 

Please note that the delivery times are an estimate. We are not responsible for the delays of the shipping company. Mind that in busy times like Christmas, Black Friday or sales, your order may suffer a delay.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free delivery within Australia.

For orders places outside of Australia, shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.

 

Bw aware that customs tax and duties may incur depending on your selected country, and they are responsibility of the recipient. 

Do I have to pay customs?

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties may incur. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are never included.

Most countries are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that the seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive safely at their destination; the buyer is responsible for customs duties. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. Check with your local customs office on the rules and regulations they may apply.

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

POi BO accepts returns within 14 days from the delivery date provided that the items are returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.

 

For countries outside Australia, shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the recipient. 

What's the return policy for orders within Australia?

Returning item(s) within Australia from your online order can be completed in 3 easy steps: 

 

1. Download and complete the RETURN FORM and email it to support@poibo.net.

 

2. Print and apply the return label that you will receive via email on the parcel containing the item to be returned.

 

3. The courier will come to pick up the parcel at the address you indicated.

 

In case of exchange indicate the new size and / or color among those available.  We will reserve the new item for you and, as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the indicated address. Product change requested within 14 days from delivery are free of charge, with a maximum of 1 change request per order.

 

In the event of a refund, items returned in brand-new conditions within 14 days from delivery date will be eligible for a full refund, shipping costs excluded. The refund will be credited on the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

Additionally, items where the brand tag has been removed, items worn, stained, or washed won't be eligible for returns.


For items purchased within a promotional period (i.e. discounted items) an additional fee of $20AUD will apply in case of a change request.

What's the return policy for orders outside of Australia?

 

1. Download and complete the RETURN FORM and email it to support@poibo.net.

 

2. 2. Ship your package back to the address we will provide you (at the applicant's expense).

 

3. We will reserve the new item for you and, and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the indicated address, at no additional cost

 

In the event of a return with a refund request, we will provide a refund of the item value (shipping costs excluded). The refund will be credited on the same payment method used for the purchase.
